Welcome to the 7th annual
Making Waves Conference!
Update: Everyone on the Making Waves team would like to apologize for the delay in uploading the videos of the conference. However, now everyone can enjoy all of the videos of students who presented at the Making Waves Conference this year, which you can find at the bottom of each respective stream pages!
This years conference will be a virtual once again, which has allowed us to reach out to more undergrad researchers from more universities and give them the option of presenting at a professional conference they may have not otherwise had the opportunity to do.
Throughout the conference there will be a mix of prerecorded and live presentations, with each day having a specific psychology stream being presented. Please head to the specific page for the video conferences link and abstracts for the presentations that day.
Schedule:
April 14th - Mental Health and Well-being
April 15th - Mind and Brain
April 16th - Mind and Brain + Lifespan and Development
April 17th - Social Psychology
We at the Making Waves committee would like to thank everyone who has joined us over the past few days for the conference and for supporting the bright young minds. Your attendance, support, and questions will help guide the future of these students.
We would like to also thank all of the participants this year for your hard work and dedication to your fields. This will likely be a big step in your future careers and research goals, so we hope this gave you the chance to fully express your passions and interests. Thank you for giving us all a glimpse of your bright futures!
